H2BWorkers is a service brand operated by First Crew H2B. Employer inquiries submitted here are handled by First Crew H2B. The brand name does not represent a separate government program or imply a separate legal entity.

Our role

The service described on this site is administrative H-2B planning and coordination. First Crew H2B is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. The actual engagement and any filing-agent role are defined in a signed agreement. Employers remain responsible for accurate records, required decisions, signatures, payments, and ongoing compliance.

Program decisions

Government agencies decide labor certification, petitions, visas, and admission under the applicable rules. No checklist, form submission, website statement, or administrative service guarantees an outcome or arrival date. Industry examples illustrate possible temporary needs; they are not eligibility determinations or claims of completed cases.
