Who operates this website

H2BWorkers is operated by First Crew H2B. This policy explains how information is used when you visit H2BWorkers.com or request an employer review.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, company, email, phone, industry, prior H-2B use, optional worker count, and any industry description you enter. We also record the submission time, policy acceptance, originating page, and available campaign attribution. Please do not submit passport numbers, Social Security numbers, financial records, or worker identity documents through this form.

How your information is used

First Crew H2B uses inquiry information to review your business needs, respond to your request, maintain related records, and operate and protect the website. Submitting the form authorizes contact about your inquiry. It does not enroll you in a promotional SMS program.

Service providers

In live operation, inquiries are sent to First Crew H2B’s HubSpot system and to its configured notification inbox through Resend. Hosting and security providers process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service. These providers receive information needed for their respective functions.

Shared security storage keeps short-lived hashed identifiers to limit abuse and duplicate submissions; it does not store the text of your inquiry. A local or preview build uses simulated delivery and does not send inquiries to the live CRM or inbox.

Browser storage and analytics

Campaign attribution may be stored in your browser’s session storage so it remains available while you use the site. If Google Analytics is configured for the production site, we measure page use, employer CTA clicks, form starts, and accepted inquiries. Analytics may use cookies or similar technology. The site does not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, or phone numbers in analytics events.

You can restrict browser storage or use an analytics blocker. This site’s analytics integration respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Blocking optional analytics does not prevent submitting an inquiry.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are retained as needed for responding to your request, business records, and applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, request a follow-up through our inquiry form. We may need to confirm your identity and retain records where required or otherwise permitted.

Links to government guidance and other websites lead to services with their own policies. We may update this policy as the site or its operations change. The version date above identifies this notice.
